HEIDENHAIN is fully owned by a non-profit foundation that was created by the company’s founder during his lifetime. As a result, the company operates independently of third-party economic and private interests. Profits are used in accordance with our non-profit mandate as well as invested back into the company itself. This ownership structure ensures our sustainable continuity, protects jobs, and gives our employees strong stakeholdership in the company they work for.
