Built-in process monitoring identifies tool wear, tool breakage, and improper machining preparations early on. Specific values can be monitored starting with the very first part. No additional sensors are needed.

Prevent knock-on damage

Through defined reactions, the control prevents costly damage. The process monitoring function protects tools, the spindle, and the machine from events such as incorrect fixturing or threading incomplete holes.
